Designer Puneet Nanda’s collections for Satya Paul are a reflection of the artist and art curator within him. Each sari is a 6-yard canvas for him where he paints and designs all that, which influences and inspires him. In his many works for the label, the creations are known to have been inspired by classical art forms such as Calligraphy, sculpture and other genres of art.
The inception of the Satya Paul Design Studio dates back to 1985, at a time when the Indian fashion industry was still at a nascent stage; it immediately established itself with the originality and quality of its printed fabrics and garments.
