Tazeen started in 1990, with small custom orders from her home. After that,she expanded from Prêt to Couture and she is into Fabric Embellishment & Design from the last few years.

Tazeen Hassan is one among the prominent names of the Pakistani Fashion industry. Tazeen designs not only for the Fashion oriented people but for the whole society. She is on the view that we should wear clothes which make us look smart and in control of ourselves. This might be the reason that the designs of designer Tazeen are considered as simple, elegant, stylish and comfortably wearable. The design philosophy of Tazeen Hassan says that the beautiful amalgamation of cuts & embroidery must give comfort, along with the style. She also focuses on the finishing of the outfits.

Tazeen Hassan has also nominated as the ‘Best Women’s wear Designer 1995’ at the popular Lux Style Awards held in Dubai. In 2006, Fashion designer Tazeen Hassan participated in the ‘Bridal Asia’ showcase in New Delhi, India. Tazeen Hassan has the honor to represent Pakistan at the ‘SAARC women’s Conference’ with a fashion show in 2008.
