{SCA}Handy Tips for All Hair Types as Natural hair Conditioners, Homemade hair conditioners are used most of the time before shampooing, however there are certain hair recipes that can be used after shampooing. Here are the recipes for conditioners to be used before shampooing.

Henna Conditioners:

Henna can be equally used for all types of hairs as a conditioner as well as cure to gray hairs

Henna and Egg

  • 3-4 tbsp henna powder
  • 1 tablespoon hair oil of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

    First beat the egg with a whisk beater till it is frothy. Add henna powder in sections and continue beating. Add some water and lemon juice to get reasonable consistency. Leave the mixture to set for one hour. Apply gently and thoroughly to hair and scalp. Let it stay for on hour before you rinse and shampoo. Further no conditioner is required.

    Henna and Yogurt

    1. 1 cup Henna powder
    2. ½ cup Yogurt
    3. 1 tablespoon Vinegar (Optional)

    Blend them well and apply to your hairs for at least 1 hour. Than rinse and shmpoo as usual. This is an excellent conditioner. This can be repeated every fortnightly. Henna also promotes hair growth, thus helping to combat hair loss. while vinegar is an excellant natural hair rinse. You may be interested in more remedies with Apple Cider Vinegar.

    Dry Hair Care:

    1. Egg and Yogurt

    1. 1 Whole egg
    2. 1/2 cup fresh yogurt
    3. Fresh Juice of one lemon
    4. 1 tablespoon honey
    5. 1 tablespoon essential oil of your choice like olive oil, coconut oil and so forth.

    Mix these well in a bowl and apply on you hairs as well as scalp. Put a shower cap or simply wrap your hairs in a towel. Let it work for 30 minutes or if possible for one hour. Otherwise 30 minutes will be sufficient. Now rinse and shampoo and be ready for a silky shiny hair day.

    2. Egg and Olive Oil

    1. 1 Egg yolk
    2. 2 tablespoon olive oil

    Blend well and massage into your hair for 5 minutes. Let it work just for 15 minutes. Inspite of olive oil you may use any other hair oil like mustard oil, coconut oil and so on. Now rinse and shampoo.

    Oily Hair Care:

    1. Egg White
    Whisk well in a bowl and apply it two along the length of your hair. If you have thick and long hairs you may use two egg whites. Wait till it dries. Now rinse and shampoo as routine.

    2. Lemon Juice
    A hair rinse with lemon juice and water is also a good conditioner for oily hairs. It helps to remove excessive sebum and oil and prevent them from becoming sticky and greasy.

    Normal Hair Care:

    If you are lucky enough to have normal hairs that are hair that are neither too dry nor too oily you are among the few peoples on the globe. All you have to do is to maintain the health and shine of your hair. This can be done by simply an oil treatment prior to shampoo. That works as the best conditioner for normal hair. You can use any hair oil according to your budget and choice, olive oil being a good option. Its better to whisk a whole egg into the oil every fortnightly. This will help to maintain the health and shine of your hairs.

    1. 1-2 whole eggs
    2. 2 tablespoon olive oil / coconut oil
    3. 1 tablespoon vinegar

    Blend them well and apply to your hairs for 30 to 60  minutes. Than rinse and shmpoo as usual. This is an excellent conditioner.

    Healthy Conditioner:

    Mix 6 tablespoons of rice bran { or wheat bran } with enough hot water to make a thin paste.
    Using a blender, add half an avocado, a drop of sesame oil. Blend.
    Apply mixture to freshly shampooed hair. Then, take a damp towel and warm it up in the microwave for 30 seconds. Apply warmed towel to hair and let it set.
    Lightly shampoo hair and rinse with water.
    Steep a camomile tea bag in 7 oz. of warm water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Apply tea mixture to hair and let sit for 3 minutes. Camomile renders a golden tone to hair, while the vinegar makes hair shine and closes down the cuticles.
    Rinse hair again with water.

    Hot Oil Treatment:

    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup boiling water
    Place olive oil and boiling water into large glass bottle or jar with a lid. You may need to wrap a towel around the bottle to avoid burning yourself. Shake very well until oil is emulsified. Massage into hair, taking care not to burn your head. Put a shower cap or plastic bag over your hair and wrap your head in a hot towel that has been soaked in hot water then wrung out. Leave mixture on your hair for 1/2 hour, then shampoo as you like.
