Ingredients:
- 5 Hard boiled eggs
- 2 Potato es(medium)
- 1 big Onion, finely chopped
- 7 Green chillies
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- Ginger, a small piece
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Salt as required
- Few curry leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Egg(beaten)
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Cook potatoes well and drain the water.
- Cut the eggs into halves and remove the egg yolks.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger and curry leaves, till brown.
- Mash the potatoes and add to the pan along with turmeric, chilli powder, lemon juice, garam masala, corinader leaves, salt and pepper.
- Saute for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
- Add the boiled egg yolks to the pan and mix well.
- Take an half of boiled egg white and fill it with the potato, egg yolk mix and press well.
- Dip the cutlet in the beaten egg and roll it on the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
