- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped candied citron
- In a medium bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese and confectioners’ sugar. Fold in the citron. Chill until cold. Use to fill cannoli using a pastry bag.
