- Anchovies 600 grams
- Milk 2dl
- Dry sandwiches 2 pcs
- Grated Parmesan 100 grams
- Breadcrumbs 50 grams
- Wash the anchovies and remove the head and backbone. Cut the dry sandwich bread into cubes and soak them in milk. Add beaten eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. Place the mixture in a bowl.
